The breakfast was very nice, the staff friendly and the room confortable. The fact that the swimming pool is in another nearby hotel was the only less positive note.

The location was very good, in the centre and many attractions and places to eat within walking distance. The casino was just downstairs! The staff were friendly though their command of the English language was not great..
The breakfast was not as good as one would expect, Not all staff spoke English very well.

Hôtel trés proche de tout;Trés bon petit dejeuner.personnel de la réception agréable.
1) le jour de notre arrivée pas de papier toilette dans la chambre 2) nous avions sali le drap,le lit a été fait sans changement du drap 3) Internet payant 4) les serveuses de la salle du petit dejeuner n'e sont pas professionnelles,pas de bonjour,pas de café de proposé,j'ai été obligé de me lever pour demander un café et une petite cuillère et cela 2 matins de suite. Ce n'est vraiment pas du niveau d'un 4* !.

eccelente ubicazione, vicino al centro storico
Carlton Hotel è un pò vecchio e bisogna di una ristrutturazione urgente, como per esempio: una piscina con acqua calda, jaccuzzi e anche una grande sala da fitness.
Visitare il centro storico, l'Opera, la porta di Michael, e il Castello di Bratislava

Chef doesn't know how to fry eggs! It would be nice, as is usual in this rank of hotel, to have fruit salad available at breakfast
