Muy bién situado, buén gusto en la decoracion, y muy acogedor

no es posible acceder en coche, al estar en zona peatonal,

hotel céntrico ideal situado. Renovado muy bien. Ideal para ir a Burdeos de negocios y compras.

Buffet desayuno bien de variedad pero mal organizado. Se acaban los ingredientes y no se reponen.

Teatro, bodegas, comercios, restaurantes, centro histórico etc Fantástico.

dentro de su sencillez, la calidad/precio me parece acertada, es muy céntrico.

Muy bien ubicado, se puede recorrer el centro a pie sin problema La habitación es muy limpia y amplia. Tiene aire acondicionado La cama king-size y los colchones bastante comodos. El desayuno buffet variado y muy rico.

No se puede acceder en coche, aunque hay un parking cercano. Se hecha de menos una rampa en la entrada para bajar las maletas

En plena zona comercial y de ocio. Se puede visitar toda la zona histórica a pie desde el hotel

Breakfasts were just ok. Rubbery cold eggs and 'machine' coffee are never a good start to the day!

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It is within easy walking distance to all the main attractions of the city and is also close to the tram station. Although a little dated the hotel is very clean (beds made/towels changed every day etc). Also had a safe, hair dryer, mini bar, iron Friendly, helpful staff. I asked for a special request of champagne in our room as I was visiting for a special occassion and this was organised for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only negative point is that the hotel is a little dated but this kind of adds to its charm and it is extremely clean so it was not a major problem to us.

Everything! Lots of shops, bars, restaurants right on the door step. Close to the toruist office and tram stations. Can easily walk everywhere from this hotel.

Whilst most of the staff were friendly, one person was particularly inattentive

Linen clean, food good. Friendly staff.

Room needed refurbishing, looked very shabby. The mattresses needed renewing both the twin beds in our room dipped considerably in the middle and made sleeping very uncomfortable. Difficult to get in and out of bath safely, no non-slip mat available. The step down from the bath was quite big. Air conditioning noisy

The hotel is in an excellent position for shopping restaurants and bars.

A very well positioned hotel. Central for everything.
