    when i booked hotel i booked 2 x twin bedded rooms.this was confirmed by yourselfs and was paid for by myself and friends.however on arrival we were told this was not possible and instead we were allocated 1 x room with a double bed and i x room with 3 beds,this was not what was wanted,however we just had to be adaptable and get on with the situation.no explanation was given to me for this oversight.

    when we arrived at the hotel we were told when to go to breakfast. But not told it wasn't included and cost 30 euro a day. 90 euro for 6 pastries and a coffee.

    Very good hotel, 100m from metro, and just over 25mins from Gare de Nord, and 10 mins from Notre Dame

    Hotel was generally fine but there some marks/stains on the ceiling which had the appearance of dried blood !! I found found this a little disturbing ! (Room 401)

    SPENT AN ENJOYABLE WEEKEND AT THE PARIS ORLEANS, ALL RECEIPTION STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SPOKE EXCELLENT ENGLISH. THE METRO STATION IS SITUATED VERY CLOSE TO THE HOTEL SO ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL IS NOT IN THE CENTRE OF PARIS TRAVELLING INTO THE CENTRE WAS NEVER A PROBLEM. IF I RETURN TO PARIS I WOULD CERTAINLY RETURN TO THE PARIS ORLEANS.

    Bom pequeno almoço. Localização boa, metro bem próximo. Funcionários educados.

    Nossa casa de banho tinha um pequeno vazamento, nada demais.

    Hotel davvero ottimo,camera graziosa pulita e confortevole, colazione buonissima e personale gentilissimo.Fermata della metropolitana a due passi dall'hotel che permette di arrivare in cinque minuti al centro di parigi.ottimamente collegato pure con l'aeroporto Parigi CdG. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, nel ricordo del nostro viaggio di piacere anche l' hotel Paris Orleans avrà il suo spazio importante!

    ci siamo trovati molto bene a parte la visuale dalla nostra camera!!!! anche come posizione x muoversi era ottima.... se mai torneremo a parigi sicuramente vi contatteremo... cordiali saluti
