I think the hotel in Paddington was fine. We had English breakfast, and we could also use the buffet.
I made reservations for the hotel in Kensington, because I wanted to stay in Kensington. I made the reservation 6 months in advance. It is NOT ok, that we were moved to the Paddington hotel upon arrival after having filled in the checkin forms. We got food vouchers for english breakfast, even though I only order continental. That is fine, but it is not fine, that we were presented with a bill for having eaten continental breakfast one of the days. The claim was withdrawn after a short talk though.

Habitacion excesivamente pequeña.
