This was our honey moon and we'll never get it back. We arrived to Punta Cana on Sunday August 10th and we had to leave on Wednesday morning. This has been the worst experience of my life and I hope you guys do something about how horrible this hotel is. Even oter guests heard our complaints and complained with us, that was the worst experience of our lives. Our honey moon was ruined.
It looked nice from the outside.
The service was rude. My husband Tomi Mutvadzija got rashes all over his body from the bed. He had to take several needles that costed us hundreds of dollars, and he couldn't sleep in the bed or touch the sheets because his virus would act up. The hotel room was dirty. The floors had dirt all over them that would get stuck to the bottom of our feet as we walked on it. The room service was horrible and when we tried to complain, they hung up the phone on me. The food was bad, made me, Tomi's wife very sick. And when we asked them to change the bed sheets they changed them to bloody sheets. I thought the hotel was a COMPLETE dissapointment for being a 5 star hotel. I tried to write to you guys before and you didn't reply at all.
Nothing, maybe a theatre, we didn't leave because my husband was so sick.
