La atención del personal es bastante buena.
No está a 5 minutos de Términi, sino a diez minutos largos, la zona por la noche es de dudosa seguridad, no se puede fumar en ningún sitio (aunque por lo visto eso es en toda Roma, por lo que no se por qué en la página de Hotelopía lo ponían como opción), el desayuno, aunque bueno, es poco variado y el baño es pequeñísimo.
Se pueden visitar muchas cosas. Porta Maggiore (antigua estrada a la Roma Imperial) y de ahí al centro histórico media horita andando tranquilamente, muy bien comunicado por bus y tranvía.

the towels were like bed sheets (not fluffy!)
well transport is very easy to get to 571 bus was great so was bus number 3.

Very tidy small hotel, with cosy double rooms, nice shower, nice balcony. The hotel is new-repaired
Hotel is not far from historical centre of rome - 20-30 minutes to Coliseum by feet.

The room was a good size, the staff very helpful and kind, good location. There is a possibility of leaving your luggage for a couple of hours after you check out without any extra cost.
The same 2 breakfast options every day: cereal & crossaint/roll + jam. The noise from outside (tram link in front of the hotel) might be disturbing.
The vast majority of the sights are within a walking distance from the hotel (up to 45min). Plenty of restaurants nearby and 10 min walk from Termini.

They were nice guys who couldn't do enough for me. I'd go again. The area by the train station looks rough but actually there was no problems there

Good central hotel for those who wish to see the old quarter of Rome.

Hotel is between 15 and 20 minute walk from Termini, however there are great bus and tram connections at the piazza 1 minutes walk away. Room was a little noisy, but much better than other hotels in Rome. Staff were wonderful, and available 24/7.

Very warm, friendly welcome by owners! They even recommended an excellent restaurant which was beyond superb!
I just think that in 2012 there should be a free WIFI connection in the entire hotel.

El hotel estaba bastante limpio, la habitación también. los empleados eran bastante amables y coordiales e incluso se ofrecieron a darnos mapas de la ciudad y de los medios de transporte urbano y explicarnos como funcionan para disfrutar mas de la ciudad.
El proceso del checking fue rápido pero no tenían disponible nuestra habitación cuando llegamos. tuvimos que esperar una media hora más o menos a que la tuviesen lista, pero fue lo único malo que saqué del hotel. Bueno, el desayuno no es gran cosa, pero para un 3* esta bien.
Hay monumentos mas o menos cerca del hotel, y la estación de termini está mas o menos cerca, al igual que el metro y diferentes líneas de autobus.
