Hotel Premiere Classe Parc Des Expositions - Roissy CDG

Me gusto que para acceder al ascensor y subir, habia que introducir la llave de la habitacion en el ascensor y despues presionar el piso al que quieres acceder. Por lo que te da una seguridad de que los que suben a las distintas plantas del hotel solo son huespedes. La estacion del tren de cercanias esta en frente del hotel a 1 minuto caminando.

Bien comunicado y a 5 minutos en taxi del aeropuerto.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas, están bien para parejas pero no para familias, y la ducha del baño fatal.

Está al lado la estación de tren para ir al centro de Paris

En la noche,no hay donde cenar cerca del hotel,uno està obligado a ir al restaurante del hotel vecino y la carta no es muy variada.

No hay restaurante en el hotel para las comidas,hay que ir al hotel de al lado.El desayuno no es variado,es muy simple.

ME HAN TRATADO MUY MAL. EL DESAYUNO QUE YO TENIA PAGADO ERA HASTA UNA HORA PERO SE ACABABA LA COMIDA Y NO REPONIAN POR LO QUE DOS DIAS NO PUDE MAS QUE TOMAR UN CAFE. LA COMIDA ESTABA ACABADA. LE PEDI AL RESPONSABLE QUE ME PUSIERA DESAYUNO PERO ME DIJERON QUE NO TENIAN LA LLAVE DE LA COMIDA Y QUE YA NO QUEDABA MAS. PUSE UNA RECLAMACION Y NO ME HAN CONTESTADO NI DEVUELTO EL DINERO. lO PEOR ES QUE NO ME DIERON HOJA DE RECLAMACIONES Y ME HICIERO APUNTARLO EN UN FOLIO. ADEMAS SE RIERON DE MI CUANDO LES PEDI QUE ME PUSIERAN DESAYUNO O ME DEVOLVIERAN EL DINERO.

Would not use this hotel again, and would not recommend to anyone.

Unable to find anything positive to say about the experience of staying in this hotel.

Both rooms were dirty, cramped, insufficiently equipped for the number of guests staying, and no toiletries. There were cigarette burns on the bedding and flooring, one sheet was badly torn. There were ants crawling up the walls and a cockroach in the hallway. The drinks machine in reception was not working and there was no member of staff on reception until the morning. The breakfast area was basic and uncomfortable more like a transport cafe, and breakfast was at best disappointing (warm milk for cereal, no choice - take it or leave, not worth having and again ants crawling on the table.

We were there for a limited time but the positive aspects were the hotel had hair dryers and breakfast

It was a major dis-advantage that there was no public transportation from the air port and no restaurant s near by

rude and unhelpful staff. no air conditioning, room very small. toilet smells. restaurant food overpriced and portions very small. overall a poor experience for a low price.

A good place to use if you just want somewhere to sleep after a day sightseeing.

We expected the room to be small and basic,which was ok, but we didn't expect stained bedding or brown and green smears on the walls and ceiling.

The hotel is a two minute walk from the Parc des Expositions train station which is only about 20-30 minutes from the centre of Paris.

I can't say much more, as we only wanted a base while staying in Paris i thought as this hotel was cheap it would be fine as presumably everywhere has certain standards but i was so wrong - i would not check an animal in there let alone a human being. The fact that we booked for 2 nights but left after 1 and chose to sleep on airport stone floor rather than stay another night says it all - AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE !!

We arrived to find reception was closed and you had to check in at hotel next door. Room was small and grubby (whilst there read notice that animals are allowed to stay in rooms which may explain hairs over bed), bathroom was no bigger than an aeroplane toilet. Didn't feel safe as there were chains on doors and notices advising not to leave any valuables in room despite this the 'cleaner' left our room door wide open all day so we returned from theme park in evening and thought someone had broken in - when i advised reception (again at next door hotel as still no staff @ premierre classe) they were uninterested. This was the final straw so we checked out after 1 night in the WORST HOTEL EVER !!!

Not a lot as the hotel is situated on a business park so you have to either drive or get train for anything to do or to eat. However there is a local hobo who apparently sets up camp every summer who was fairly interesting to watch (from a distance as he seemed to like throwing bottles around!) as he made his 'garden' .

the staff is professional and frinedly all the time to us. they are helpful and eager to solve our problems at once. we really appreciate.
