Excellent nights stay close to the airport. Good choice of food for breakfast. Very helpful staff who were keen to please.

Our bathroom was for the disabled. I wondered if this was the standard bathroom? If so it was a little less easy to use for an able bodied person.

Restaurant, slow service from the kitchen although ordered the recommended menue. Got the impression,microwave was widely used.

Excellent stay. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff at reception and in the restaurant very professional, friendly, helpful and polite. We had a couple of small requests which were dealt with without fuss. Considering the hotel was full and they were all extremely busy we were not kept waiting or rushed in any . We use Premier Inns where ever possible and are always happy with them but I think this has to be the best we have stayed in. Well done and good job to you all.

No negatives about the hotel but about the online booking process. When I printed off the confirmation receipt and booking there were no directions included. I didnt realise this until we were leaving Manchester to find it. We actually ended up driving around in very heavy traffic for almost an hour before we found the place (we basically came off the M56 a junction too early). This would have happened if they had been printed on the receipt.

Excellent staff, couldnt do enough, really good. Room well fit for purpose, everything I needed which wasnt much but it was good value.

Food? wow, people either side of me werent happy, my steak was appalling and they should be embarrassed to serve it. It then took over 1 hour 20 minutes to get a replacement, eventually I ate around 9.45 pm rather than 8 pm. That needs sorting as it brings down an excellent hotel.

An excellent stay, will use Premier whenever I have to in future. There is a 20minute shuttle bus service between the airport and this Premier Inn.

If you have no car use the airport shuttle bus to catch the train in from the airport directly into Manchester Piccadilly. This is central for the city.

Excellent standard of cleanliness in rooms. staff pleasant, close to Airport with shuttle bus service every 20 mins or so. Also train from airport into Manchester Piccadilly.

The computers were down so check in procedure slow but the staff coped very well despite this.
