desayuno abundante pero de mediana calidad.muchos pasillos hasta la habitacion .el baño no ofrece mas que gel y papel, menos mal,,,,

habitaciones amplias con camas comodas y el personal del hotel es muy agradable

Lift didn't seem to always want to work, when key card was entered. On a number of occasions had to use stairs to 3rd floor

Good location. Would have appreciated if tissues and shower caps were provided. Biscuits would also have been pleasant with the tea and coffee.

Lifts were too small and at times we had to use the stairs due to the long wait for a free lift. Not enough tea bags.

Clean and comfortable. The staff were efficient but also friendly and welcoming. For me it was this that made the difference between my first stay in a Premier Inn and other hotel chains I have used. A smile makes a big difference to a customer. But it will only come from staff who are well trained and feel well treated themselves. The message to management is that whatever you are doing you seem to be getting it right. Keep it up.

Geweldig dat ze voor alleenreizende vrouwen een kamer regelen die niet aan het einde van een gang ligt.

Vriendelijke staff, de kamer was fantastisch, het bed heerlijk. We waren zeer aangenaam verrast door dit hotel! Ook het ontbijt was zeer de moeite waard.

The hotel was in a good location, staff very helpful and friendly

There was no shower gel on the second morning of our stay, i only found this out when i was in the shower, i reported this to reception on our way to breakfast. The third morning of our stay i went into the shower,believing that they would have replace the shower gel. - ONLY THEY HAD NOT - NO SHOWER GEL FOR SECOND DAY. i WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AND COMPLAINED AGAIN, BUT IT WAS TOO LATE WE CHECKED OUT THAT DAY

Très bon service au petit déjeuner Bon accueil Présence de personnel toute la nuit

Relativement bruyant - notamment avec les passages dans le couloir (réveillés deux nuits sur trois) Bien que le petit déjeuner ait été réglé pour le matin de notre départ, nous n'avons pas pu emporter un minimum de choses à manger en raison de notre départ pour l'aéroport avant l'ouverture du service ; l'horaire de notre vol est pourtant chaque semaine le même ... dommage !

Bien situé dans Edimbourg, il est possible de faire la visite complète du centre de la ville à pied. Le circuit des bus faisant le tour de la ville a un arrêt tout proche de l'hôtel.
