    very nice clean room. It has a 24 hours costas coffee which is very convenient. It also has a nice restaurant with a varied menu. Staff tried their hardest to give us a room before the official check in time of 2 p.m. The hotel is spotless. Shuttle service from Heathrow every 15 mins very convenient.

    Check in is very late and after stepping off a 13 hour flight, we really wanted to get into our room. Restaurant service was a bit slow, even though there were only a few diners. Hotel doesn't offer wake up calls.

    i booked for a room with breakfast my receipt included the breakfast, but on arrival this was not known by the hotel and i had to produce my receipt twice once at reception and again at breakfast in the morning can the fact that breakfast is included be communicated to the hotel

    the gentleman told me a wrong direction of where I can take the hoppa bus..but that is okay

    The ground floor room that I was in was not as good as the upstairs room I had previously stayed in; it seemed to be an older part of the building. It also seemed to be a family part of the hotel - my 'single' room had 3 beds - and there was some noise.

    The room and also the bathroom was absolutely spotless. The beds were comfortable and large and I enjoyed sleeping under a duvet rather than a blanket as found in many other hotels. Although the hotel is positioned very near the heathrow runway we had a very quite night and did not hear any noise from the airport.
