EL DESAYUNO ES HORRIBLE, TODO EL MUNDO PROTESTO POR EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL, NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO.

Friendly staff who gave good advice about locally available activities. We should have changed our Euros at the hotel because they offer a better and more honest deal than what you get from the exchange dealers on the streets in Prague.

When we arrived the room was overheated. We had to open the windows the first day to get the temperature down and there was no need to keep the heaters on for the full 4 nights we stayed there.

    Very clean, comforatble bed.

Further from Wenceslas Square and the old town than it had suggested. Could have had coffee facilities available into evening.

For the price you pay, it's a good and clean hotel.

A lot of traffic and a warm room. But when opening the window you get a lot of noice.

for a short stay we found the hotel to be very clean and tidy, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. the location for us was perfect as we are not very good with direction, so it was handy where it was situated, very pleasant stay.

not sure if this is a negative, but neither of us thought much of the breakfast, but us english are used to fry up, or toast and marmalade, not bread rolls with cheese and ham, for us that would be lunch, but that is not a complaint.

there were lots of bars and restaurants near our hotel, and we were only 10 minute walk from the main town so very well situated for us

with only a ten minute walk to the top of Wenceslas square the location is superb. and in combination with the price is going to be hard to beat. If you want a view from your hotel room you are going to pay a lot more in Prague.

Don't use the wifi in the lobby - go around the corner to one of the local internet cafes for one third the price and great espresso Make sure that when you check in they inventory the minibar / fridge in the room - it may be missing stuff they will try to charge you for later - and its expensive stuff.

Walk everywhere - we walked all over Prague, went to the theater (Laterna Magika), listened to Music and shopped. The architecture is exquisite so go out and see it all.

The hotel was in easy walking distance from tram and underground connections. Wencelas Square and Old Town were 10/15 minutes walk away. The room was spacious, clean and warm, staff polite and helpful. A lift if you need one and an outdoor roof terrace/garden. Breakfast was plentiful and the small hotel restaraunt served tasty, good value meals from midday onwards. There's a little mini market right next door . Everything you could want for a city break and excellent value for money.

It is on a busy road but the quadruple glazing meant that traffic noise was minimal.

Everything you might want to see and do in Prague is within easy reach either by transport or walking.

Staff were not friendly. Sauna was not available without extra cost
