Hotel Prague Centre Plaza

El hotel en general bien. Muy mal el desayuno. Ibamos en regimen, de alojamiento y desayuno, y durante la estancia, tuve que comprarme cosas para desayunar en los supermercados, puesto que no habia nada para desayunar...ni chocolate, te, sacarina, galletas, bolleria ..nada. Solamente leche y salchichas. El resto bien. Que no engañen con desayuno tipo buffet.

good value for the money, if your sightseeing and only need the hotel as a base and not to spend the day in then it is perfect. breakfast is a buffet but is plentiful, of good standard and in a pleasant eating area.

very plesant staff who where helpful when asked.

could find nothing negative while i was there, a bar or lounge area would be a good feature to add.

within a ten to twenty minute walk of most of the town, subway and tram stops a short walk from hotel.

good basic hotel. check in quick and friendly. good location for city centre, some good restaurants,bars nearby. room service good, would stay there again, many thanks!

Although convenient and quite comfortable with an adequate breakfast the hotel is let down by the unwelcoming attitude of the reception staff.

Fine for a week-end where the intention was not to spend much time in the room. Good location for sightseeing. Clean. Adequate breakfast with reasonable choice. Sauna and salt baths were available but not used by us.

Recebtion staff were dour and seemed to be disenterested in their guests. For example on the second night the bed collapsed under me as I was getting into it. I slept on the floor as I chose not to report it owing to the lateness of the hour. When I did report it on the Sunday morning when the comment received from the receptionist was to say that they could do nothing about the bed today as they could not get a carpenter on a Sunday. There was no apology nor concern about any injury I might have received and a general reluctance to react with any speed. the suggestion was that they would find another room and at that point I was ignored. On returning to the Hotel in the early evening no effort had been made to sort another room but whenn prompted they did so. no effort was made to help us move our luggage to the new room. Very poor service!

The room was clean and cleaned every day and fresh towels provided.

We were half board and we had to go to the sister hotel for our dinner. The sister hotel was across a 4 lane road which could only be crossed at a designated crossing which was 2 blocks down. So, to go for dinner we had a 20 minute walk there and 20 minute walk back. The food was awful - most things had sweet squirty cream on them including a 'starter' which was 2 rolls of ham with squirty cream at each end! Also, before you had finished one course, the next one was placed on the table waiting for you! There was no bar or coffee shop in the hotel.

There was only one bar near the hotel and it was quite a from the shops.

Staff were most helpful and courteous. Very help regarding keeping luggage until we were picked up for our transfer to airport.
