friendly staff, clean throughout hotel, internet access
it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room
the hotel is within walking distance of all attractions and the metro is easily reached if you do not wish to walk

Hotel buono nel complesso , unica pecca l'odore continuo di fumo negli spazi comuni non essendoci aree no smoking!

Mobiliario moderno. Personal amable (dentro de como son los checos en general...). Habitación amplia, luminosa, silenciosa y muy limpia. Todo el hotel en general parece bastante nuevo.
Lo único negativo: las toallas que nos pusieron eran viejas, rotas y deshilachadas. Muy contradictorio con el resto de cosas.
Está muy muy céntrico, por lo que hay muchas cosas cerca del hotel. Está muy bien comunicado, con la línea amarilla del metro cerquísima i una parada de tramvía desde donde se coje el 22, que hace un recorrido muy largo por toda la ciudad y que es muy útil para ahorrar tiempo sin renunciar a ver las calles.
