The hotel is in excellent location, near lots of shops and restaurants, you have to remember to use the underground walkways beneath the hotel to cross over to shops, the hotel is near all major museums and main railway station
The food at breakfast was excellent, the room service food is not that great, bar food was plentiful but not good, room service food was expensive and definitely not worth it. only one computer in the business centre, which is a shame as plenty of people waiting to sit down to check e mails etc.
Lots, near everything.

Nice to se the "Tour of Warsaw" whit guide, recomended by the hotell.

Easy checkin/check out procedure. Helpful staff. Reliable alarm call and taxi booking for early morning departure.
Expensive bar food. Lifts can be slow at busy times.
Palace of Culture. Central Station.

Very nice hotel, majority of staff also speak English.
Internet access in the room cost extra - it should be included without extra charge
Five minutes walk from Warsaw Central train station. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

15 mins walk to old town - not nice in pouring rain but we could have taken bus/metro - very convenient

Muy buena ubicacion y relacion precio calidad bastante interesante. Me gustaria resaltar la amabilidad mostrada en todo momento por la empleada de atencion al cliente Hotelopia Srta. Pamela que nos sirvio de gran ayuda en posteriores reservas en Polonia.
