Lo bueno del hotel es que es muy grande y tiene una situación espectacular justo enfrente de la Albufera, el mar queda muy cerquita de las instalaciones.
Lo malo...es que al tener unas instalaciones tan grandes, todo queda lejos de la habitación. Nos dieron una habitación "maris", en uno de los Edificios más lejanos de la recepción, y por tanto, lejano del SPA, piscinas y comedor. La habitación...a pesar de que habíamos indicado en la reserva de que ibamos a pasar el finde para celebrar nuestro aniversario, nos dieron una habitación con dos camas separadas, con "vistas" a otro edificio...en fin!! En cuanto a la comida...teniamos media pensión. El desayuno fue pasable, pero la cena...no había nada más allá de pizza, pasta y freiduría!!! Desde luego, es para no repetir, se ve clarísimo que está destinado al turismo masivo.

Location is great - between lovely old town of Alcudia and puerto Polentia - get a car, it's an easy ride from Palma. Kids

No beach. The hotel sits next to a fairly busy road, so some rooms suffer from road noise. Poolside music - terrible. There's no need, and it ruins the peace. Loud evening 'entertainment' so don't get a suite nearby the pool area! A car is a must if you like beaches, but it's only 5 minutes away, and the area around is unspoilt and beautiful. Vegetarian options were poor. A few small slides or playthings for small kids in one of the pools would be better. And please, please, lose the entertainment - there's no escaping it, it's a thing of the past, and you'd win more support by offering peaceful romantic evenings by the pool. Hideous!
Lots of great beaches nearby, old towns etc, Formentor peninsular close and spectacular.
