BIEN SITUADO, TODO MUY PEQUENITO PERO SUFICIENTE.

MAL OLOR AL ENTRAR EN LA RECEPCION, SUPONEMOS QUE LAS CAÑERIAS, PORQUE EN LA HABITACION NO HABIA MAL OLOR.

MUY CERCA DE LA ESTACION DEL NORTE, MUY BUENA CONVINACION CON LOS METROS. TAMBIEN SE LLEGA BIEN A PIE AL BARRIO DE LOS PINTORES.

El cafe del almuerzo es bueno.

La habitacion del hotel tenia olor a naftalina, en el balcon de la habitacion habia un vaso de agua lleno de colillas de cigarrillos.El suelo interior del armario estaba muy humedo y las maletas de mano quedaron mojadas y con mal olor. El baño solo tenia una ducha, es decir, el plato rectangular de la ducha y una cortina de plastico azul, cuando te pones en la ducha la cortina no puede parar todo el agua y moja todo el baño y sale hacia la habitacion.Mejor poner una mampara.

Ventilar las habitaciones.Cambiar no solo las sabanas, tambien las colchas que estan impregnadas de mal olor. Arreglar los interiores del armario , son muiy humedos y la ropa queda humeda y con mal olor.Poner una mampara en el baño para no tener un resbalon en el baño por la fuga de agua al ducharse.

I did not have a quilt in my room - it is nice to have one... Then I asked for it (took me 15 minutes to demonstrate what a quilt is) I get just old blancet! I think that when you pay 100 pounds per night, you should get a quilt. Am I wrong???

I am not English, but I treat English language as universal and international. In my opinion, in every single hotel in the world, should be someone, who speaks some english. When I arrived, hotel staff took the fact that I speak English to them as something very offending and dishonouring. They could understand and even answer, but in a very rude .

the bed was quite unconfortable because the matress was not good, it was very old and it was very low on the head and very high on the feet so quite unconfortable to sleep in. The TV did not have the cable to switch it on!! however we called the staff and they fix the problem straight away They do not have box breakfast facility which was an inconvenient for us as we checked out very early in the morning and left without having any breakfast at all During breakfast the staff at the restaurant was quite noisy, they were talking and laughing in a very loud voice and they were disturbing people during their breakfast. I'm quite disappointed with this hotel, being a 3 star hotel I would expect a bit more....it is not worth what I paid at all for it....

If you are looking for a hotel to use as a simple springboard for sightseeing this hotel would be fine .

access to the metro/gare du nord was very good cleanliness good Quiet room ... NO traffic noise. OR Trains noise in the room we were in

Plenty of restaurants around Gare du Nord Easy to get anywhere being close to metro ......

Room clean and adequate for couple or close family member - I was with my sister.It would have been perfect if a small kettle had been provided for us to make tea or coffee.
