    The hotel staff were very kind.

    The water temperature of the shower did not raise sufficient enough to bath two of three occasions.

    The breakfast buffet served in the hotel's restaurant far exceeded my expectations and well worth the money.

    Me parece que si tienen oportunidad de ampliar el horario de salida del hotel, sería magnifico, ó tener una habitación de cortesia por si se desea estar el día de salida un poco mas en las instalaciones del hotel, para que los niños puedan disfrutar mas la alberca.

    MMM BONITA ALBERCA!

    ESTA CARISIMO PARA LAS INSTALACIONES QUE DAN EN LA HABITACION!!

    ACERCARSE MAS AL EQUILIBRIO DE COSTO - CALIDAD, POR QUE SE VUELAN LA BARDA CON LA HABITACIONES PEQUEÑISIMAS , QUE NO SON DE HOTELES 5 ESTRELLAS.

    en la habitacion 239 al parecer tiene una fuga frente al lavabo

    Good pool setting

    Room service food was left out in the hallways for almost 24 hours. One had to pass by the leftover food most of the day.

    Close to a mall.
