L' hôtel se trouve en position idéale, face à la mer, dans le quartier tranquille de Can Pastilla, au pied des commerces et des restaurants. Hôtel très propre, comparé à d'autres trois étoiles des Baléares. Nourriture correcte.
Une seule personne à la réception parle le Français. Si elle n'est pas présente, il faut s'adresser à la réception en langue anglaise, espagnole....

we found there were not enough english holiday makers, german and spanish r more catered for and thats a shame because english people are lovely people but seem frowned upon.
nice clean room. domestics visit every day. two out of three reception staff very very helpful 24 hour reception gives a more confident feel to your stay.
pool much much to small, i know the beach is over the road but if your not a beach person and prefere lounging near the pool it was a real down side, also roof top terrace is in urgent need of a revamp, broken chairs, umbrelles, strewn across floor, the hotel lift was far to small for a 4 floor hotel. balcony to our room much to small very dissapointing.
ride a bike along the strip is what most people did, trip into palma is prob the best thing for a more active time. a very relaxing chill out place.
