    Practicamente durante toda la estancia no han funcionado las llaves de las habitaciones. Cada vez que teniamos que entrar debia acompañarnos una persona de recepción para abrirnos la puerta. Estimo que este problema es de facil solución por lo que no entiendo que no se pueda, o no se quiera, solucionar en quince dias. Por otro lado, en una segunda estancia la habitación no se puso a mi disposición hasta las cinco de la tarde, diciendome que eso es lo habitual, cuando es sabido que en todos los hoteles de España las habitaciones están disponibles a las 12h.

    The staff was super friendly, and the cleaning senioras were super sweet. The room and the bathroom were really clean. And the best part is that the hotel is right on the beach!! The town is great and the people there as well, so just nip out and try to get to know people.

    tres bien situé mais sur voie pietonne et le G.P.S.ne peut deviner qu'il y a une entrée sur une voie paralléle

    trés petite chambre MANSARDEE; FENETRE COULISSANTEd'1metre carré environ. le restaurant hors saison est fermé dimanche soir mardi mercredi jeudi soir et lundi toute la journée!ce n'etait pas dit dans l'offre de la demi-pension.petit déjeuner plus que médiocre: mauvais croissant et viennoiseries industrielles.la salle du "petit-dejeuner"etait "décorée"de lots (je suppose)destinés à un bingo et il y avait un lit et son matelas.surprenant.je n'y reviendrai pas !j'avais oublié le lit est si peu large que 2 personnes peuvent difficilement s'y coucher sur le dos

    Problème de garage ou de place de parking. L'hotel n'a pas directement de garage, or c'est un grand problème vue son emplacement de bord de mer...

    1. Adress.

    1. We arrived on the Hotel at 14:00h on August, 22nd. The front desk attendent told us that the room wasn't avaible, because there were problems with the cleaning procedure. We left to have lunch an returned by 15:30h and the room wasn't avaiable yet. We had to wait until 16:00h. In August, 23rd we asked the room maid about it and she told us that the room was prompt since 13:00h; the manager police is to deliver the room only after 16:00 h.2. There was holes in the roof, because there was leaking in the hot water pipe.3. The key wasn't working; we have to ask for the master key every entrance into the room. They could't fix it in 02 days in many rooms.4. There wasn't fresh fruits on the breakfast.
