Piries Hotel

Bien situado, a 15 minutos andando del centro de Edimburgo y a 200 mts. de una estación de tren. Habitación nueva, decoración moderna y con todo lo necesario. El personal muy amable.

Habitación excesivamente pequeña para dos camas. Ideal para una sola cama. No disponen de ascensor

Existen restaurantes y supermercados en los alrededores y una parada de autobuses al otro lado de la calle.

El espacio reservado para el desayuno es bastante limitado y los alimentos del buffet también.

NO nos gustó nada.Me dieron una habitación horrible en el sótano,que al día siguiente mecambiaron a otra un poco más decente..El desayuno en un comedor muy reducido no valía nada.Unos encima de otros.Está lejos del centro.Nunca volveremos ni recomendaremos este hotel.//g~El coche alquilado a Easyjet Europcar ,un Mercedes 180,fantástico. (7 días).Los vuelos en Easyjet bien.Los aviones nuevos y buen servicio.

Booked room with en suite but room did not have an en suite. Staff found us another room but this had double rather than two single beds as requested

Plumbing noise's kept us awake most of the night. Garden furniture cushions were wet and sogy, staining a pair of trousers when sat on. No tea and coffe satchets in room.

Clean, friendly staff, good value for money

Slightly noisy during the night, lots of dorrs banging loudly and everytime upstairs flushed their toilet it sounded like the water would come into our room!

Had a comfortable stay, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff were very helpful and attentive. Good location to walk into City centre.

First night ( Monday/Tuesday ) was very noisy - woken at 4 30am by people leaving and slamming doors - this was reported to reception on Tuesday morning. Room OK but found that the double bed up against the wall was a bit inconvenient !!

Very good value for money - spacious room with great shower, helpful and pleasant staff, adequate breakfast and availability of left luggage facility free of charge. Convenient location for trains, buses, airport and city centre. I was most impressed.

Lack of decent beer in small bar!

the hotel is nice, very clean, well located and good value for money - I think it only need to review its idraulic system...

room 14+16 NO hot water during morning, it's not nice to wake up with a frozen shower or complain to the reception and understand that you have to take yr shower into another room: "maintenance is taking care of it" it's a nice reply to hear, but change room would be preferable and more confortable for me, but no chance for this...

staff where very warm and welcoming nothing was a problem and where always ready to help out with any problems that you have and a well stocked information bar good

you are within 5 minutes striking distance of main railway station and 7 minutes walk into princess street where all the main attractions are or you can hop on the bus and that will take you any where into edinburgh thanks
