Good connection to center by bus. Big breakfast. Garage.
Some restaurants (not luxury, but good food)

Dommage qu'au moment de partir, le prix du parking en sous-sol fermé, ce qui était très appréciable, s'est tout à coup vu passer de 18 euros pour 5 jours à 30 euros, et encore.... on nous a fait un prix.... alors se le faire préciser..... plutôt 2 fois qu'une!!!
Hotel bien situé, près d'une station bus nous emmenant direct au centre, en 20 mn. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Excellent petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse et très propre.
Mauvaise insonorité des chambres, dommage, mais dans l'ensemble, pas bruyant.
Autour rien, car zone plutôt résidentiel, pratiquement pas de restaurants, mais le centre n'est qu'à 20 mn

This hôtel is Very noisy. Every morning groups of people wake me up because they were talking in the corridor. Floor is made of carrel also and you CAN hear when someone moove a chair.
Take the bus easily. Cornelia station is good for food also.
