The hotel itself is well located, nice panorama.
The air condition was not working in the whole building however it was 30°c outside and even more in the rooms as they have windows with limited opening capability. The staff didn't do anything about it (as per our info, for days), they was not proactive in apologies (neither informed us prior to the arrival) and we didn't get any refund. Even if this could be an acceptable accommodation when business as usual I would not recommend it to anyone as it is totally badly managed.

Keine Beantwortung der Anfrage auf Parkkosten. Sehr negative Überraschung, als bei Abfahrt ein Preis von 500 Kronen (ca. 21 Euro) pro Tag für einen Außenparkplatz berechnet wurde.

Laute spanische Reisegruppe störte Individualtouristen so sehr, dass ein Schlafen unmöglich war !!!

hotel pulito, tranquillo e ben servito dai mezzi di trasporto

Geen, behalve dat het voor ons weer een succes was en wat betreft het weer hadden wij absoluut niets te klagen met temperaturen tussen + 12+18 C.en heel veel zon.
Omdat wij afgelopen week zijn geweest (voorseizoen) is de prijsverhouding gewon goedkoop voor 4 sterren hotel.Ligging ten opzichte openbaar vervoer uitstekend,maar ook lopend bijv naar centrum is goed te doen (als je van wandelen houd).Personeel wat nors in begin,maar als je eenmaal met ze sprak waren ze vriendelijk.
Eigenlijk weinig,maar vinden zelf een nadeel dat in het voorseizoen grote groepen scholen hier voor enkele dagen (of minder) logeren waardoor het hotel toch wat klasse verliest,vanwege het kabaal wanneer zij in het hotel zijn.Jammer natuurlijk maar begrijpen dat er brood op de plank moet.
Het Stromovkapark is een oase van rust , lekker wandelen en ruimte zat.Verder de straat uit en langs de Moldau wandelen.Verder is alles wat je nodig hebt in de buurt maar neem tram 12 of 14 en je bent in 10 minuten hartje Praag.

Only 2 lifts for the hotel, this is very bad for a 4 stars hotel. Waiting too long to catch a lift.
