Muy recomendable.
Muy buena ubicación. Estupenda relación calidad-precio.
Hay un montón de canales de televisión, pero ninguno en español.
Visitas: Abadía, Parlamento, London Eye...

Great, very modern and stylish, room, and excellent service. This hotel is in a good spot, a 5 minute walk from Big Ben. Nearby facilities are good: an Italian just over the road, several bars and other restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. As well as Big Ben, you have the London Eye on your doorstep, and it's a 20 minute walk to Covet Garden via Embankment and Charing Cross, along the Strand. Unusually for me, I had room service food late at night. It was good quality and very good service. Try the coffee shop on the ground floor, at the foot of the escalator leading down from reception. Really good espresso.
Maid knocked on the door at 8.35, after a late night.

Very comfortable, warm and clean. Any queries were addressed immediately and professionally by staff. Hotel has an excellent location for sightseeing.
Rooms are not sound proof. We were wakened at 6.55am with an alarm call for neighbouring room as we could here it through the walls. We could also hear conversations easily in other rooms. Lifts were slow and often full by the time they reached fourth floor.

Great decor. Fantastic, modern room. Plenty of space.
Cleaners knocked on the door twice in 20 mins just after 9 a.m. on a Saturday. Frustrating. There was a very lively salsa dancing event on the Friday night in one of the bars. inuitially I was refused access because I had (expensive) jeans on. Not on really: I'm mid 40's, with my wife, having just taken off the suit I had worn all day in the snow!
Plenty. Big ben close by. London eye. Near there, plenty of bars and restaurants.

facilities , room, staff, food ( breakfast and dinner) were excellant!!
we went to have lunch at the restaurant at 630PM and the special menue was not offered to us. when we discover that and ask for the special menu ( few minutes after making the order) the staff was not polite and we had to argue with him. No need to say that there was a big difference in price. we got it at the end. the food was excellant!

Great hotel with amazing views. Located just walking distance from the main turistic areas. Worth every penny!
