    Nice modern hotel within easy reach of Victoria Station. Modern, clean and surprisingly quiet given its location.

    Good hotel overall, but staff appear to be poorly trained though polite. We were constantly harassed to pay for English Breakfast when this was clearly included in the pre-paid hotel voucher. Although we turned up mid-afternoon, we were made to wait a long time before being allowed into our room. The promised daily newspaper was never delivered. At 8.45. a.m.on Saturday the housekeeper banged on our door and aksed loudly when we intended to go out so she could get on with cleaning. And so on and so forth. Amateurish but not nasty.

    Personnel à l'écoute très agréable. Hôtel très bien placé à proximité station Victoria.

    Il a fallu demander sur place une chambre calme alors que spécifié lors de la réservation. Une chambre bruyante sur rue avait été prévue. Sinon, rien à redire.
