    Bien la habitación, el baño y la situación

    Los fines de semana tienes que hacer cola de 1 hora para desayunar, además nadie habla ni una palabra de castellano

    Magnifico, sorprendente después de estar avisado de que en Londres los hoteles no son como en España

    Caminar, perfectamente situado para ir andando a casi todos los sitios

    Very welcoming and efficient staff the family room worked well in terms of the children sleeping slightly separately to the adults great breakfast central location for sightseeing

    lifts slow 'overflow' breakfast room feels very removed from the feel of the hotel lightling a bit dim in one half of room

    great restaurants and attractions on Southbank Big Ben & Westminister, Whitehall, Waterloo station all within walking distance

    overall, the hotel was very nice and i would recommend it.

    the only things they could improve would be to ensure that there is enough plates and cutlery for the number of people in the room and to improve staff training, some were very nice, others were lacking.

    Wonderful hotel, we had a great stay wityh you, only thing tha could be improved on was the lifts as we spent nearly 15 mins waiting to go down with luggage
