The staff were very helpful, friendly and cheerful.The restaurant had a well stocked breakfast bar and the cooked breakfasts were excellent and there was a large selection of drinks available. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept and the cleaning staff were very thorough.
We did not find anything negative in our stay here.

Very friendly and helpful at reception on arrival , Had a problem with the Tv in the room , when unable to fix same they upgraded us from a standard room to a superior room - very nice touch !!!. Restaurant staff were very polite and friendly too.
not a lot near the hotel but a bus stop outside the hotel which bring you into city center in under 10 minutes

Would stay in this hotel again 10 out of 10.
Pleasant reception staff. Good breakfast and waiting staff. All contact with staff members was positive. good location for city centre.
Visited City centre, Bangor and Stormont.

Very clean and tidy. well run buy proffessional, helpful, well turned out and dedicated staff
Bar area can be prone to "noisey football supporters" occasionally.

Llegamos al hotel a las 13,30. La habitación no estaba preparada y la señorita que nos recibió nos lo comenta de mala gana. Nunca exigimos que debia estar preparada, solo solicitamos amablemente que nos indicara cuanto tiempo tardaria, sin que llegara a hacerlo. Luego nos atendió otra señorita, super amable, tambien muy amables el resto de personal.
