<su situacion es muy buena
las habitaciones que nos tocos estaban un poco deterioradas sobre todo el baño, muy incomodo llegar la habitacion, cargando con la maletas por los recovecos y las escaleras ya que no llegaba el arcensor,
tienes toda la zona monumental muy cerca, asi como el puente vequio con sus restarantes y situios de copoas al otro lado del rio.

Staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was the usual continental range of fare.
Tired decor. The safe in the room could not be locked and the fridge door did not close properly so it leaked. The beds were comfortable but the room faced a busy road and it was very noisy most of the night! The air-con was not very good so the window had to be open.
Very good position for viewing the city and getting too and from the station without the need for taxis. Nothing was very far away.

Hot water was at best lukewarm most of the day (hotel offered us alternative room but we had settled in) Good size and pleasann room but window too high up to see out of - not "room with a view"! Slight smell in room. Double bed was two single beds pulled together, with slightly different heights, not ideal.

El hotel está situado muy cerca del Duomo, en una zona tranquila. Es un edificio con historia y conserva parte de su estruxtura original palaciega. Las habiataciones son de un tamaño medio, con techos muy altos, camas con dosel. El desayuno es en una sala muy bonita con frescos en el techo. Buffet aceptable, aunque faltan algunas cosas como huevos, queso.. Me ha gustado bastante en general y repetiría si volviese a Florencia.
Hace falta un poco de mantenimiento y conservación en las pinturas de las bóvedas.

Très bruyant. Il faudrait mettre des double-vitrages. La litterie est trop dure, attention aux dos fragiles.

Faltou ar condicionado e o calor estava insuportavel.
Muitas coisas para fazer, museus, igrejas, praças, restaurantes e lojas
NO PUDIMOS REALIZAR EL VIAJE POR LA HUELGA GENERAL Y NO NOS QUISIERON REEMBOLSAR EL DINERO. NUNCA IRIA A ESE HOTEL NI SE LO RECOMENDARIA A NADIE .
