Hotel Palmanova Palace

Good choice of food. Location ok.

Pool to small. Entertainment only good on one night we where there. Didnt think was four star more like three. Loads of ants crawling in entertainment lounge area. Bar staff .

Great beach area. close to shops, bars, restuarants etc.

Interesting places to visit, the drive over the mountain to soller, Valdermosa was really pretty. Inca market and factory stores give good value.

an excellent hotel in a good position, only a 5 minute walk to beach, also good car parking. A very good entertainment programme.

some repetitive food, but was managable might be a probelm if there for a long stay

as it was winter not everything was open, but there was enough for what we wanted.

Great hotel

As a 4 Star Hotel I was expecting a much better standard of food. Whilst we were only Bed and Breakfast although there was plenty of breakfast selection I felt it would be better if there was a chef available to cook omelettes / scrambled / poached eggs while you wait.

Staff very friendly and always willing to help

Room was adequate and as a 4 Star hotel I was expecting a higher standard from my previous experiences of staying in 4 Star hotels

Hotel was a good base for accessing the resort and nearby destinations

The hotel is in a good location for the beach, shops and restaruants. Away from the resort noise but near enough to the clubs by taxis. The staff were very good, nothing was too much trouble and the two men who did the ativities were very good. The entertainment was of a high standard just right for an all adult hotel.

check in was excellent but the checking out was very abrupt and not very informative with regard to luggage room and other facilities which are advertised but not informed of at the time of handing the key's in.the checkout time was 11:00am and as i arrived at the hotel at 11:20 pm the previous night had to pay another 27 euros to have the room until 5:00 pm in order to complete my reasons for the trip, had i not done this i would not have looked very professional at the two meetings i had arranged.(10:00am and 3:00pm). At this time of year when it is not to busy i would think that a bit of discretion on the checkout time could be allowed especially as i had not arrived earlier in the day ( by choice) at any further cost to me.

Ook in een buffet kan je variatie brengen, niet dagelijks dezelfde kost. Ik ben ook een aantal dagen ziek geweest, net als veel andere mensen in het hotel ( eten of water?) Geen toiletborstels op de kamers, dus kan je de wc niet schoonmaken en ook het personeel deed het niet, niet prettig na diarree en dus vaak naar de toilet moeten. Volumeknop van de tv zat er niet op , is ook een week zo gebleven

Met het huren van een auto kan je vrij veel van het eiland zien, de grotten van drach, valdomessa, maar echt heel veel is er niet.Kleien boulevard en in oktober al veel gesloten.
