The room was nice,clean, and had a nice bathroom and the air con worked well. breakfast was good on a lovely terrace right on the grand canal.

Room was lovely, if a little small. Bed was comfortable. Location was great next to the vaporetto stop - easy to find in the
pouring rain! Having breakfast on the terrace on the Grand Canal was wonderful when the weather allowed. The staff were very
helpful and the hotel beautifully decorated.

Breakfast was a bit monotonous. The bread was of very poor quality, and to obtain toast, you had to put the bread through 5-6 times!
