Olympic House Hotel

Todo estaba muy bien nuevo y en perfecto estado de limpieza, la relacion calidad-precio creo que es inmejorable y la situacion del hotel fantastica, con metro y autobus a 5 minutos

Las habitaciones y los baños son muy pequeños, no se lo recomiendo a familias con niños.

Los recepcionistas incompetentes, ineducados,poco profesionales.No informan sobre nada,no saben idiomas, no ayudan, muy desagradables.No volvería a ese hotel, pero sí a la misma zona.

Situación. Cercano al centro.

Desayhuno escaso. Además, no había mesas para todos los huéspedes. Tras el check-out, necesitábamos que nos guardaran las maletas hasta las 8:00 PM, pero sólo lo hicieron hasta las 4:00 PM.

LAs personas encargadas de la recepción no son muy agradables. No fueron de gran ayuda en el proceso de check in (nos dieron un sotano y pedimos otra habitación y fueron bastante desagradables) ni en la salida (les pedimos que nos guardaran las maletas ya que nuestro vuelo salia por la tarde y tampoco fueron muy receptivos). Por lo demás, el resto del personal era muy agradable

Location close to Paddington Station

Staff very unhelpful, on arrival were where ignored by receptionist who continued chatting to a male in a foreign language. We had to wait until another member of staff came into reception to be attended to. The room was very small and very noisy from the adjacent breakfast room and TV room directly above the room. In addition, we had to suffer the noise of the lift moving up and down and the underground trains passing by below. Despite raising concerns and asking for for a change of room no assistance was given, which was very disappointing as the trip wsa to celebrate my fiancee's birthday.

Clean room and the location of the hotel is central. The breakfast was simple but adequate.

The single room was extremely small and to expensive for what is on offer. The same can be said for the toilet and the shower. The door of the wardrobe could not even be opened fully because the door touched the bed.

room extremely small, no personal space in the room or bathroom, TV didn´t work properly -we had only 1 channel, lights didn´t work properly, breakfast - very basic, poor quality

The breakfast room was a bit small. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but the receptionist was happy to make coffee late in the evening for us.
