Lovely room, beautifully presented and very clean. Breakfast was gorgeous. Dining room has fabulous views of the Scott Monument and Castle. Staff were very pleasant.
The rooms don't have their own safe. No air-conditioning so we had to have the window open exposing us to noisy traffic.

Location was excellent. View from Bar over Princes St and the Market and Xmas Lights so atmospheric. Rooms very warm, bed a wee bit hard. Luggage lock up facility on day of departure handy as station and airport link bus only acroos the road.
Shop?Famous Store, Jenners right next door with Food Hall /restaurant at top floor a must see. Ghost tours across the bridge. Rose St with assorted old pubs starts next door. Hard Rock Cafe next door to the Dome which is gloriously decorated and a great lunch. Everyone wearing Hunters Wellies in Neon Pink or riding black due to lots of snow...even in Harvey Nics

The hotel rooms, bathrooms and public rooms were spotless
The room we stayed in was a twin room facing the rear of the hotel and could have been slighlty larger although adequate
The hotel was central for everything

Ubicación excelente!!!
No tiene buena accesibilidad para personas de movilidad reducida.
Hotel muy céntrico; a 3 minutos caminando de donde te deja el autobús del Aeropuerto. Muy bien comunicado con la Old Town y la New Town. Tiene una ubicación excelente!!

too warm, air con didnt seem to work, and no air from small window that opened only slightly onto a dark alley.

Hotel was lovely, very central. Room was spotless and had a lovely view of Princes Street. Really nice breakfast, plenty of choices. Would definately go back.

Central and convenient, clean, staff helpful, good Scottish breakfast (I like haggis!) but food a bit stale when we were nearly late for breakfast.
