PIENSO QUE HAY QUE MEJORAR ELMANTENIMIENTO DE LAS INSTALACIONES Y RENOVAR ALGO DEL MOBILIARIO.
EN SU CONJUNTO EL DISEÑO Y LA DISTRIBUCIÓN, JUNTO CON LOS ESPACIOS DE RECREACION, FUNDAMENTALMENTE LAS PISCINAS HAN SIDO LO MAS APRECIADO. ES IMPORTANTE SEÑALAR TAMBIEN LA EDUCACION Y BUEN TRATO RECIBIDOS TANTO POR RECEPCIONISTAS COMO POR CAMAREROS/AS Y EL TRABAJO DE LAS CAMARERAS DE PISOS.
LA PISCINA DE LOS NIÑOS NO PUDO UTILIZARSE POR UN DESPERFECTO QUE DESCONOCEMOS, PERO NO SE CUMPLIO CON EL TIEMPO DE REACONDICIONAMIENTO. PERSONALMENTE PIENSO QUE ADOLECE DE UN ESPACIO CON JUEGOS PARA LOS NIÑOS.
EL HOTEL ESTÁ CERCA DE TODO Y ES POAIBLE DESPLAZARSE INCLUSO A PIE PARA PASEAR O VISITAR LA ZONA COMERCIAL. ME GUSTO MUCHO EL CENTRO COMERCIAL "CAMPANARIO"

Public majoritairement anglais.
Belle réalisation (piscines & végétation avenantes), chambre très spacieuses (1 séjour en plus de la chambre et de la salle de bain - grande baignoire). Bien situé entre Corralejo et la grande et très belle plage de dunes (compter 3/4 d'h à pied).
Manque évident de propreté et de personnel : vaisselle douteuse, sols des parties communes (bar de la piscine, terrasse de la piscine, et terrasse du bar/restaurant très sales). Restaurant déplorable le midi, passable le soir. Animations du soir peu attrayante mais on s'en passe. Nous avons fait 2 hotels "all inclusives"lors de notre séjour. Les 2 quasi au même tarif. L'autre (Sunrise Jandia Ressort - Morro Jable) était d'une prestation bien supérieure pour 4? de plus par jour et par personne : propreté irréprochable, restaurant très agréable, appétissant et bon, personnel très souriant... La piscine était certes moin grande, mais nous avions la vue sur mer, et la plage était à 100m
Louer une voiture pour votre séjour (nous avons payer 216? pour 15 jours, directement à l'aéroport, sans réservation internet, compagnie Top Car Autoreisen). A faire : la pointe de Jandia & Cofete, Betancouria par la route de Pajara, Petit resto sympa à faire le midi à Los Molinos, Ajuy ou Pozzo Negro El Cotillo reste notre lieu de séjour préféré.

The rooms are massive- and very nicely layout - with a flower on your arrival in the bathroom- nice touch. A very big complex, and nice surroundings you really do feel like ur in a village!The food was okay- better than what i've had previously but it could be repetitve if you r there for longer than 2 nights I could guess. A bit of a walk to the Dunes- you can take the bus (a bus stop close to the hotel) - but DEFINATELY a site to see!would I reccomend staying there YES, an all inclusive... hmmm maybe not - if you are able half board is the best option!

Kwaliteit bedden kon beter. Dunne lakens en harder randen aan de matrassen.Daarbij verschoven de bedden vrij snel.
la limpieza pesima y el resto del trato del personal ,menos en recepcion fatal.
lo mejor del hotel unos de los camareros de la piscina ,fue muy simpatico y las intalaciones de la piscinas estaban muy bien.
la comida muy mala y el todoincluido dejaba mucho que desear ,no volveria nunca a esta hotel.
