I have read a number of reviews over the last couple of weeks regarding your hotel, obviously some good and some not so.
Although my son was very ill throughout our trip to Newcastle which spoilt the activities that we had planned, the one bright
spot was the professionalism, politeness and the friendly attitude of all your staff.
We will not hessitate in staying or recommending people to stay at your hotel.

People on the reviews complained constantly about having to pay for the parking, although not ideal, at least you are providing a secure parking facility and are upfront with the charge whereas a number of other hotel chains hide the charges within food and drink.
