staff were very frendly nice clean place but bad smell form the sinks but seen to quite quickly.
I had a wedding at this hotel and was there form 7am to the following day its a sham that they could only give a cheaper rate of parking but not free even though we had a number of rooms. a bit nosie in the moring pepole banging doors .

Good location near Underground and King St. Nice big room.
One minor negative point was the shower. As I had a disabled bathroom (I am able bodied), water from the shower flooded the whole bathroom, even though I tried to position the shower head into the corner of the shower unit, away from the rest of the bathroom as much as I could. This was only minor though and probably inconvenienced the cleaner more than me.

Food at breakfast excellent, room really clean especially bathroom. Bed comfy. Useful to have a car park. Nice big room with lots of space to hang clothes up.
Room service drinks were disappointing - hot chocolate clearly just cheap powdered stuff mixed with hot water. Shower pressure a bit low. Car parking for residents very expensive.

Very nice. We wanted a good hotel since we have small children. We were very pleased with the room and personel. The breakfast was very good!

Very clean, good food, very easy check in. room was allocated early although we didn't expect that.
one of the ladies on reception (I think she was polish) gave us the wrong directions to Olympia. she told us to get off the tube at Shepherds bush market and just walk across the road!! Wrong answer!! We wasted time then trying to find our to Olympia from there. that is the only negative I can think of.

This was my first stay at a Novetel hotel and i would certainly stay again at this location and any other locations this chain has.
Anti slam doors are a must for such a large hotel

Habitaciones muy amplias y limpias; baño impecable y agradable; camareros y personal muy atentos en general. El buffet del desayuno, estupendo para afrontar un día de caminatas.Es un hotel muy recomendable ,sobre todo para familias que requieren habitaciones para 3 o 4 personas.
Sería bueno que , cuando se llega en taxi, el acceso no es en el lobby sino en la planta inferior y apenas está indicado, lo que genera dudas de cómo ir a recepción. En las máquinas de vending de los pasillos debería haber agua, no sólo Coke y similares. Un poco alejado del centro ,pero ya lo sabíamos, pero por otro lado, muy bien comunicado por tres lineas de metro y una central de autobuses.

Muy bien situado, excelentes instalaciones, buena relación calidad-precio
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, caían goteras de la rejilla. Lo peor de todo, la limpieza, estiraron la manta encima de todas las sábanas arrugadas, pijamas, etc, sin estirar siquiera un poco la cama. Deplorable encontrarse así al abrir la cama para ir a dormir.
