it was not possible to have a second drink at breakfast time without paying a supplement.
room was nice and clean. staff were very helpful.
no bar. tv did not have cnn or skye news channels.

Friendly and helpfull Staff. Clean hotel which was right in the centre of Nice. Very good access to stration and shops.

carpets and paintwork and the bath could be renewed but everywhere was very clean. For the price the hotel was very good value The staff were pleasant and helpfull with directions ect. The breakfast was good and nicely served. The position of the hotel was perfect for bus ,train,shops and restaurents. Our group of 10 all agreed we would stay there again .Thank you .

We had water leaking into the room from the ceiling above, into the wardrobe space making it unuseable. Although it was Friday afternoon, the receptionist stated there was nobody available to deal with the problem that day, not even anyone to come and see the problem. All she would say was that there were no other rooms available, which we hadn't asked for. No apology given. She was apparently content to let the leak continue! Surly and unhelpful. However the problem was dealt with by the evening. The cause being the air conditioning system. Customer service has yet to permeate this hotel.

Ideal situation for staying in Nice. good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful and with one exception very pleasant
Since our visit to the hotel 6 years ago, the hotel is looking a little tired. On our last visit, bread and croissants were fresh each morning, but this time, they were obviously bought the day before and were a little disappointing
