    Facilidad para acceder a la estación de Metro. Muy bien comunicado. Zona muy tranquila. Desayuno correcto. Califiacaría Hotel **

    Habitaciones y cuarto de baño muy antiguos. Trato inexistente del personal de recepción. No hablan español. Nada confortable

    Reforma total.

    Housekeeping Department has very good professionals working there, I personally enjoyed the fact that they could speak portuguese and the attention of the coffee and tea in the room was vey good.

    There was a mistake in the check in and the hotel had already given one of the rooms reserved to another person, which meant two people had to go to the smoking floor to a small, terrible room for one night until they solved the problem. Also, there are no double rooms, all the beds are separated and very small, which means a couple can not sleep together...

    The best thing about the hotel is its location. Nearby there are lots of international restaurants, bars, pubs, tube, train, buses and of course, the Madame Tussaud´s Museum...

    bruit venant d`un machine sur la cour de l`hotel ... alors que le quartier est tres calme

    La bouche de metro a 100 metres de l hotel rend Londre dans son ensemble accessible

    Es waren alles Raucher-Zimmer. Für mich als Nichtraucherin ein schlichter Horror... Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und es waren zwei Einzelbetten an Stelle eines Doppelbettes.

    Vriendelijk personeel, grote kamer (was met drie personen), dichtbij metro station Paddington, mooie hal

    Hele kleine badkamer, weinig keus bij het ontbijt, beetje gehorig, beetje oudbollig, erg warm in de kamer
