The hotel is in a wonderful location and the staff are also exceptional. We did not have any bad experiences. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and in fact have already done so to many of my friends who will be traveling on a cruise departing from Barcelona in October 2009.
More lighting is needed in the rooms. Even with all the lights on, it was difficult to see or read anything.
The location is excellent. We were able to walk to many historical sites and local restaurants.

The hotel has a great location and the facilities are excellent, overall very stylish hotel. I would definately stay again if I return to Barcelona.

Die Standardzimmer gehen auf einen Lichthof und sind wirklich ruhig. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Personal sehr aufmerksam und äusserst freundlich, sowie hilfsbereit. Sämtliche Einrichtungen sind gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Tolle Lage inmitten des alten Stadtkerns von Barcelona. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen.
Die Preise sind an der oberen Grenze dessen, was dafür geboten wird. Es wird aber viel geboten und den Preiszuschlag zahlt man wegen der Lage gerne.

Très bon hôtel niveau équipements, sauna, piscine,bain turc, massage, salle de sport, terrasse avec bar surplombent la ville etc.
Ecoulement des canalisations un peu bruyantes (dépend de la chambre)
