Personal im Frühstücksbereich sehr nett. Allerdings wenn dieser Raum ausgebucht ist, ist es sehr laut und die Küche hat Probleme die Lebensmittel nachzufüllen.
Hotel hat in verschiedenen Bereichen eine Renovierung nötig.

I work for a Japanese company and your hotel is highly valued within the Japanese community probably because of the Japanese TV.
However I found the room not to be up to the standards of the 5 star hotel, the room was old and in the need of the refurbishment. There were not slippers or a bathroom robe available in my room. The spa on the roof was excellent but the daily charge was 15Euros and frankly it was a rip off. The charge applied to any time spent in there either 5 minutes or the whole day. All in all the experince I would not like to repeat.
The hotel is in the centre so good point. Lots of things to be done around it.
