The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
I was really disappointed with the very dated rooms at the hotel and felt that the room rate of 160 euros was completely out of proportion to the quality of the accomodation that was on offer. I would definitely not stay here again.

The room was large and the facilities in the room were modern. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near to the city centre, where all the bars and restaurants are located. It was easy to find the hotel.
The hotel is located in the 1970s part of the town and not the old town. The old town has all the charm and nightlife venues. The 1970s is all square, concrete and a bit dirty. The room was a little dirty and there were strange things like the hinges of a removed connecting door, which gave the feeling that the room was a bit uncared for.
Visit the Oudegracht. This is the old canal that runs through the town centre, and it is where you'll find the bars, shops and restaurants. It is really lively, especially on the weekend. The Neuda is a square off the Oudegracht where you can sit out on one of the terraces and enjoy a coffee or a beer. You can rent a bike at the bike park at the subway from the hotel to the town centre. There are many nice places to cycle around in the city centre and there are sign-posted bicycle paths you can follow into the countryside and back again. Many of the main sites are near the Oudegracht. You can climb the Dom tower for example.

Internet is duur. In veel hotels is dat gratis.

Een lift heeft een dag niet gewerkt en de draaideur was kapot daarom mijn lagere beoordeling betreffende installaties. Wij komen de volgende zeker weer terug.
Prima hotel op goede locatie.

Une partie des chambres des 3 derniers étages de la tour sont sous les moteurs de la ventilation de l'hotel, moteurs qui font un bruit d'avion. Nous avons demandé de passer du 17ème étage au 10ème étage pour trouver le calme.
La habitación muy amplia
La habitación "económica" y el servicio a ofrecer no se ajustaba a la categoría del hotel. Entiendo que ellos consideran que tienen clientes de primera y de segunda.
