    Es wurde ein höherer Betrag von der Kreditkarte abgezogen als ursprünglich vereinbart und gebucht. Erst nach Reklamation wurde eine Gutschrift erstattet.

    Very kind and well informed staff. Good facilities and good standard of cleanliness.

    The only problem I had was having to recall many times via reception to try to reach a colleague in another room. Perhaps room-to-room dialling would be an imrpovement.

    The exhibition was the important point, although getting in to Munich centre was easy and inexpensive.
