    Ein Tag vorm Auschecken, habe ich nachts die Rezeption angerufen und mitgeteilt, dass ich gerne später auschecken möchte. Es war vollkommen in Ordnung und ich musste auch nichts draufzahlen.

    - Breakfast is expensive, but very good. A lot of choice and good quality. - Position of the hotel is great

    - The room was EXTREMELY hot and the AC was not working. The technician (apparently the only person who could repair it!) left the hotel at 5pm, which meant another night with only a few hours sleep. - Cleaning staff forgot to clean the room (we got back at 5pm!) and then left dirty and dump cloths around. This hotel has a great position, but their SERVICE is really NOT adequate for a 4 stars!!!!

    Great central location Excellent courteous staff Good value

    Room air conditioning did not work properly Internet connection very slow.
