The bed was very good. First time in a hotel with no back problems after a few nights sleep.

The hotel was fine, but it would have been helpful to know that it isn't very close to the city centre. Instructions about how to get there would also have been useful as this area isn't on the tourist maps you can buy at the airport. We worked out which railway station to get off at, but then spent quite a long time lost in the very quiet streets around the hotel - there weren't many people around to ask for directions.

LA HABITACIÓN ESTABA LIMPIA Y DE BUEN TAMAÑO
LA ZONA NO ES MUY AGRADABLE , INCLUSO A UNAS CUADRAS LA SIENTES INSEGURO, ESTÁ SUPER OCULTO Y COMPLICADO PARA LLEGAR SI TE PASAS UNA CUADRA. EL PERSONAL NOS ATENDIÓ SUPER MAL, NOS TRATARON TERRIBLE, NO TENIAN VOCACION DE SERVICIO, INCLUSO CUANDO PEDIMOS HABLAR CON ALGUIEN MAS, RECIBIMOS EL MISMO TRATO.
NADA, DE PREFERENCIA NO SALGAN SI NO TRAEN COCHE O VAN DE DIA.
