Hotel New Tower Palace

Hotel muy viejo, con falta de mantenimiento. Excelente ubicación muy accesible. Con unas vistas magnificas.

El personal de recepción muy amable y correcto

Cobraban por todo ( televisión, wifi,enchufar el minibar, etc). Un día no nos hicieron la habitación y al llegar a la tarde tampoco tenían personal para hacerla, de manera que tuvimos que ordenar un poco nosotros mismos para dormir esa noche

CALIDAD PRECIO ES ACEPTABLE. LA SITUACION ES BUENA, LOS MEJORES HOTELES ESTAN ST JULIANS, PERO EL PRECIO TAMBIEN ES MUY SUPERIOR.

Went back to our room one lunch time only to find the decorator painting bits of the walls, after moving some of our things. As this was not an emergency, we found it very strange that they could not do the painting after the room had been vacated! We were not told beforehand that this was going to be done. At various times there was messy, so -called maitainance work being done around the hotel but it didn't look any better afterwards.

Great location

Poor quality breakfast. Variety ok. Room not very clean, thick dust on lamps and shade. Light and electric switches very grubby. Lifts not clean. Extra payment required for TV, kettle,safe and use of beach towels. Hotel should be totally refurbished and updated.

I was surprised by the unfriendly and unhelpful staff. We were disappointed with the quality of the hotel to what we expected. However, at the price we paid I do not feel as if we could complain. If we go again I would want a minimum 4* with better facilities and would be prepared to pay more for that. Perhaps you could come up with a better guide telling you what you can expect for what you are paying.

Hotel was excellent for the price I paid for 3 nights accommodation. The location is right in the centre of the action, the staff were extremely helpful in providing local information and guidance on the island.

ottima posizione

Zwei Tage lang hat das Zimmerzugangssystem nicht funktioniert, so dass man nur mit "Babysitter" sein Zimmer betreten konnte. Für das Personal eine offenbar normale Situation, auch auf nachfrage gab es keine Kompensation. Obwohl im Prospekt angekündigt, war trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage innerhalb von 4 Tagen kein WiFi-Zugang erhältlich.
