    Muy bien situado y servicio en general bastante bueno

    Las recepcionistas un poco antipáticas

    Está en el centro de la ciudad lo cual es perfecto

    Habitación muy pequeña y baño muy antiguo

    En la plaza de Madelaine (200m) hay parada de dos lineas del autobús L`Open Tour. A escasos 10 min andando de la Place de la Concorde y de los Champs Elysées.

    EL PERSONAL ES MUY AMABLE, LA UBICACION ES ESTUPENDA.

    LAS HABITACIONES, PRINCIPALMENTE EL BAÑO UN POCO PEQUEÑOS.

    IR A CUALQUIERA DE LOS MONUMENTOS MAS IMPORTANTES DE PARIS ES MUY ACCESIBLE POR SU UBICACION. ALREDEDOR TIENE VARIAS AVENIDAS CON INFINIDAD DE TIENDAS, AUNQUE ES UNA ZONA BASTANTE EXCLUSIVA, PERO TODOS LOS ALREDEDORES SON MUY BONITOS, LO MEJOR ES CALLEJEAR.

    Very good location. The staff were very helpful we would certainly stay again

    Cooked breakfast was repetative and always cold. Only had Earl Grey tea which we didn't like

    The hotel was in a really convenient location, with the metro just around the corner. It was very easy to walk to the champs elysee and arc de triomphe. The room was much larger than expected. In one corner was a sofa with two chairs and a table. In the other corner was a table for work. There was also a mini bar and tv. There was a seperate bathroom and toilet.

    Although we requested a double bed in the room we were still confronted with two single beds. However, this was quickly rectified by staff when asked and they provided a thin mattress and covers to put over the double beds when pushed together. This turned out to be very comfortable.

    Check inn staff very good

    Breakfast room was very busy would have been been better if there had been more staff Ordered room service for breakfast one morning and it was an hour late and only arrived after a couple of phone calls. Staff very apologetic but again was due to lack of staff
