Accesibilidad.

Después de indicar en mi reserva que dispusieran de "una sola cama de matrimonio" esa indicación no fue atendida. La chica de la recepción, se equivocó de habitación, la tarjeta no abría la puerta, total que nos cambió de habitación. Al hacerle la indicación de la cama, dijo que no era posible. La verdad, creo imposible que las 108 habitaciones del hotel estuvieran ocupadas y no fuera posible el cambio, sencillamente: pasaron de ello. Para colmo la habitación que nos dieron daba a la planta baja justo la ventana a la altura de la rampa de accesos. Desde primera hora de la mañana, sin dormir por el continuo movimiento de entrada/salida de viajeros con maletas. Totalmente pésimo. Para tener en cuenta y comentar a conocidos y amigos.

El precio de solo alojamiento se ajusta más o menos a las instalaciones, y si lo que tienes en mente es salir a ver sitios no es demasiado elevado, y tiene un punyo importante a su favor..la piscina

Lo único que hemos consunido en el hotel han sido los desayunos, y el personal que se encargaba de ello, desde mi punto de vista, no están muy a la altura. Poca eficiencia, lentitud y algunos nada agradables...no generalizo porque no era el caso de todos. Por suerte aún queda gente maja.

tienen actuaciones en la piscina por las noches, si a alguien no le importa o le gusta, fenomenal, pero si vas a descansar y dormir por las noches puede que la fiesta te moleste.

El desayuno estaba muy bien, y el personal muy atento y amable

Visitar Nerja, la playa, las Cuevas, pasear,...

Muy buen precio, la terraza que tenía la habitación estupenda, muy soleada. La comida buffet fantástica. Sólo una pega, está retirado de la playa pero la zona de piscina es muy agradable y tranquila.

I would book with you next year as we are thinking of returning to Nerja - I would choose another hotel that was nearer the resort centre and a beach.

All the staff were extremely friendly and all the hotel was exceptionally clean. There were enough options at meal times and it was replenished all the time. Drinks at the bar were priced well and the happy hour was well attended. We were able to stay longer in our room on the day of departure for no extra cost. Good value for money.

The location of the hotel - being on a steep hill on the outskirts of the resort would make it a difficult choice for anyone who had problems walking or breathing! The fittings in the bedroom were dated. The balconies were very small. - it was impossible to sit facing the sea as it was too narrow.

Walk!! It was a good 15mins downhill walk to get to the nearest beach - Burriano and the same time to get to the centre of Nerja and a bit longer to walk back up the steep hill!

Nerja itself is a lovely town and well worth visiting.

Cockroaches in the dining room, A tired and jaded hotel in desperate need of some investment. We endured a leaking bathroom tap, a toilet that continually re filled after flushing, very noisy air con with one of the control knobs missing and a tv screen the size of a matchbox.

Eat elsewhere in any of the numerous restaurants.

Nerja was a nice resort with some very pretty coves and beaches and I would consider returning but would pick a different hotel.

some staff were friendly and happy ( in particular Pepe in the restaurant )

Bar staff were slow/non attentive and one female bar waitress in particular was almost dismissive of giving attention to those tables that were trying to order drinks in the evenings. The rooms were small and in urgent need of refurbishment(some light fittings and towel rails were actually hanging off the walls)

Too far from main town and beaches and nearest beach down very steep hill

Lovely beautifully cooked food. clean rooms, friendly staff. It's my third time and am going again. I would recommend this hotel. Can't say anything wrong about it. Wi fi in your rooms for a very small daily charge. Entertainment every night.

I Have no negative coments on this hotel. The people who do have are just being picky

Beautiful walks and villages around all of nerja just 15mins walk into town and to the beaches. Tennis courts opposite. Clubs and bars in town

It was a bit of a walk to almost anything from the hotel. Supermarket across the road. Car needed for beach and/or sightseeing. Good base for the East of Malaga and exploring the much les developed coast than the west of Malaga. Our favourite is Almunecar
