Hilarious. Designed with great imagination and thoughtfulness, if rather aware of it. None of the dinginess that kicks in on 1st floor in most hotels. Loved the lighting, breakfast bar open to street. View of Tesco and brawling underclasses mitigated by mandala blind, nice plant, and magazine for the super-rich: a hi-tech back to the 18th century experience. Location: walking into nearby cafe at 07:45 to live singing of Roy Orbison songs with guitar accomp.
Surprised no kettle but probably good from save the whales point of view.

We really enjoyed our time in Brighton and being so close to everything was really handy.. And found when needed the staff were very helpful.
I just really couldnt understand the soup I was served to my room that cost £5 .. Since when is soup served inside a loaf of bread?..

Excellent bar, position in Brighton, nice funky look
Checking and out was a nightmare, not enough staff to deal with quantity. The female receptionist was excellent, 5 star service from her. Also barman Cam provided excellent service.

Clean rooms. Accommodating staff. Good breakfast included in room cost. Good sound proofing in rooms.
£25 for parking! I guess it's similar to the NCP rates, but I was shocked when I found out! Would prefer not to have the toilet doors in the rooms so transparent.
The Lanes. The Pier is only a 5 or so minute walk away. Plenty of restaurants and bars.

Central location, well designed room, very comfortable bed, good choice of teas in room free wifi, iPod lead offered good music system. Well insulated against noise as on busy pedestrian street
Large window meant you had to' ne careful of privacy. Broken bed light. Was told had to use lift as had to be accompanied by staff if used stairs although I was only on 1st floor
North Laine area, Pavillion, Lanes, theatre, seafront, shopping, eating. Good central position 10 mins wall max from station

I loved this hotel. The staff could not have been more pleasant & helpful, the decor & rooms are great and the breakfast was superb. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in the UK
Absolutely none
In a great location right in the centre, near the shops and nightlife

Very funky and unique, loved the decor around the bar and in the rooms. Staff were all really helpful and polite.
Maybe some kind of sticker or picture on the frosted toilet doors, so we don't end up seeing our colleagues etc on them!!

Central location, interesting design, WiFi, iPod connection
Bed was too small, room could need a refurbush, some impractical solutions
