Personal poco eficiente en resolver problemas cotidianos de los turistas.

Está a un kilometro de la estación central, "todo" está cerca: museos, tiendas...

fueron amables con nosotros, sobre todo un recepcionista español Javier, aunque no nos pudo resolver el tema de la fianza

instalaciones, decoración, limpieza, lozalizacion, desayuno buffetes excelentes

nos solicitaron una fianza de 50 euros por dia, teniendo ya el hotel y desayuno pagado, manifestamos que no estabamos de acuerdo, si bien accedíamos a dar nuestra tarjeta como garantía, nos dijeron que tenían que hacer un cargo temporal en la tarjeta, que todavía no nos han devuelto, estamos a día 11 y salimos del hotel el día 9 por la mañana

Hotel muy agradable por sus instalaciones, su servicio y la amabilidad del personal de recepción.

Our room was on the 18th floor with a fantastic view over the port and City of Amsterdam. Very clean with modern design. No bath but fantastic walk-in shower and a decent size bathroom. Recommend Bed and Breakfast board as the breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of cooked food (even cook an omelette to your spec in front of you), cereals, fruit and pastries. We ate a meal in the restaurant in the evening too which was also very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to Central station came in handy for our departure.

Hotel situated right next to Bimhuis which is good if you like Jazz. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to central station from where you can continue to stroll around Amsterdam or easily pick up a tram or canal bus to see the city. Recommend a walk around the red light district at night to soak up the atmosphere, or for the cultural a trip to the Van Gogh museum to see the works of art. Whatever you do you should try and see the city from the water perspective by going on one of the boats.

Located a short tram ride (approx 5 mins) from Central Station. Staff pleasant and effecient, although our child's bed was not made up on arrival and we had to chase them to make it. Room was spacious, fine and bright, with excellent view (19th floor). Restaurant decor nice, although unimpressed with the food (pizza was overcooked and pasta dish was bland). Breakfast was varied and plentiful, although they do clear everything away by 10.30am sharp on weekdays. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay here again.

Excellent hotel on every account. Very helpful staff. Rooms excellent. Views amazing. Dined in hotel restaurant on 2 nites food very good and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone and will stay again.

Excellent value for money. 1 tram stop away from central station or a 10 minute walk. Very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast buffet was very good. Would definitely return.
