Buena situación cerca playa, personal atento y buena comida.
Habitaciones y baño antiguos, postres repetitivos.

Hotel pequeño y cercania de la playa levante
Debieran prolongar tanto la comida como la cena 30' minutos mas.

Lo que no veo bien es la escalera para bajar al comedor para las personas que tengan cualquier tipo de invalidez

El servicio de cocina de seis noches, uno bueno, el resto lo que sobraba del almuerzo, te lo ponian por la noche y así todos los dias. Los yogures los controlaba el cocinero por si alguien tenia diarrea y de esa forma controlaba si alguen se ponia enfermo con la comida.El metre y la señorita alludante mediocre y la misma te escamoteaba el agua. En una palabra, por una botella de agua, el hotel pierde clientela.

The room was basic but good value for money. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent location for the beach and good for buses. Lots of food available at meal times. Nice frontage/patio/pool area. Enjoyed the stay here and would return to this hotel if coming back to Benidorm
Although there was salad, vegetarian hot dish options weren't great. Not easy to get around if you have mobility problems. No in-hotel entertainment
Beach and library on the beach . Lots of cafes and shops. Buses close by to travel further afield. Tourist info approx 10 min walk away. Close to other hotels/bars for variety of night time entertainment

ITWAS ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I HAVE BEEN IN BOOKED FOR 4NIGHTS ONLY STAYED FOR 1 AS IT WAS NOT UP TO A 3 * ACCOMINATION

Great location, 20 min walk from bus stop from airport, 2 min from the beach and restaurants. Food was great, it was buffet style and every day there were different choices, you could eat whatever you wanted and as much as you wanted. Cleaners were great,changed towels and made beds every day, receptionists were helpful. Our room was really big with a sea view balcony, we were on the 7th floor and the lifts were always working. They have 2 computers to use the internet if you wanted to, and had newspapers in English,Spanish and German every day. Can recommend to families, couples, individuals.
Pls don't bother with the entertainment in the evening, lady providing music is really really horrible. Other than that we are sure to come back next year!
Beach 2 min away, waterski and banana ride right there, lots of restaurants and pubs. Aqualandia and Mundomar (dolphin, sea lion and parrot shows 3 times a day) 15 min walk away, there is a zoo and a smaller aquapark a short bus ride away (free bus goes there from the bus stop 2 min away from hotel). There are boat trips as well, marina is about 25 min walk from hotel, lots of things to do in Benidorm.

Aparcar cerca, mision imposible. Animación nula, sobre todo para niños. Poca variedad en las comidas.
