Hotel Moderno

La gente es muy amable y muy cordial

La calle de entrada es muy estrecha y hay muchas escaleras

calidad precio excelente y buena ubicacion.

por favor instalen internet wifi, es lo minimo que un pasajero pide en estos dias. ademas siempre estubo dañado el unico computador que poseian en recepcion con internet.

The hotel moderno is value for money. ideal base for a typical tourist break when you are out sightseeing for most of the day.

the hotel is convenient for most tourist attractions, being near to the water bus stop, or a pleasant walk through many quaint shopping areas, The staff where friendly and down to earth. the room was basic but clean and tidy.

the hotel "moderno" was difficult to find being down a small alley with only a small paper sign. could do with a bigger sign ?

easy access for all tourist attractions. many bars and restaurants within the locality. gondolas everywhere.

I was very disappointed with this hotel and the rude service from the owner. I booked on-line for two nights. Once I got there, I found that my room smelled, and the blanket on my bed was old and dirty. I requested another room and he said he had none. I also told him next morning that I did not want to stay for two nights as I was very unimpressed with the room. I asked for a reimbursement for the second night and he refused. He was very rude. I was never reimbursed and I said I would complain on my return. I booked in with a hotel further down the road which was the same price and much much better quality. Also the breakfast room at the Moderno was small and cramped, and staff unfriendly. Conversely, the new hotel I chose, was a large clean breakfast room with an excellent breakfast and really lovely staff. It was my birthday that day, so at least I found a great place to spend it in. The Moderno was an absolute dump and I certainly would not recommend it.

Please see above comments. I do not have one positive comment about the Moderno, it was run-down and dirty. The Manager was rude. The breakfast room very small and crowded. The bedroom was small, very smelly and the blankets were old and dirty. I was not impressed and would not recommend this place.

Lots of things to do and see, since Venice is a small city.

very enjoyable trip all round. hotel was excellent location to public transport. Easy to find your around Venice and back to hotel. Staff very Friendly, Breakfast enjoyable and very clean room. would recommend to anyone visiting Venice. Thankyou

Bagno ristrutturato in camera e ottima pulizia. Ottima posizione per visitare la città.

Ingresso poco visibile e da migliorare!
