La locacion es perfecta,

La limpieza deja mucho que desear, las cobijas estan en el piso, y hay demasiado polvo, para una persona asmatica y alergica es malisismo. Los vents del A/C estan tupidos del polvo asi como el header de la cama.

Si buscaon un hotel de 4 estrellas no escojer El Mirador

Su situcion enfrente de el mar

no hay un ascensor directo a la plata octava, y lo peor es que en recepcion no te lo hacen saber. Tienes que bajar otra vez con las maletas para preguntar. El mobiliario es de un hotel de 2 estrellas. Dejamos olvidada una camara de fotos, llamamos para preguntar y nos dijeron que alli no estaba

Dont miss a visit to the fabulous ABACO bar situated in a cobbled street in the town center, beautiful, relaxing and unique surroundings, cocktails are pricey at £16 a go but worth it if you order the Abaco special its huge and easy to drink !

We were fortunate to be given a room with a fantastic view of the marina, hotel was clean and the room was spacey, location is good for the city center, bike hire facility available from the hotel and reasonably priced.

Tea and coffee facilities were not available in the room, and the staff although friendly enough were not very informative.

Lovely walks along the marina into the town center approx 15 minute walk, plenty of places to stop for coffee, drinks, snacks and meals. Hard rock cafe recently opened nearby, bicycle hire a must for the fantastic scenic ride along the coastline to many quaint villages and secluded beaches.

I was very impressed by the room. Good quality.

Health suite could be better, but maybe there is not much demand for it.

Visit the marina, plenty of quality bars & restaurants and within waking distance to the Cathedral and the centre of Palma

VERY GOOD SERVICE THROUGHOUT,IDEALLY SITUATED, OVERLOOKING MARINA, PLENTY RESTAURANTS/ BARS NEARBY.

ONLY COMPAINT WAS THAT THE ROOM HAD A POOR OUTLOOK COMPARED TO THE WONDERFUL VIEW FROM OUR ROOM LAST YEAR WHICH IS ONE REASON WHY WE RETURNED TO THE SAME HOTEL

EATING, DRINKING,WALKING, GREAT BUS SERVICE FROM HOTEL AND FROM CITY CENTRE, WHICH IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.

The room had the most fabulous panoramic view of the Marina - it was a wrench to leave the room! Staff were very courteous and quietly helpful.

The room would benefit from a mirror in the main room. The only mirror was in the bathroom. We did expect tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as this is a 4 star hotel. The floor was sometimes a bit dusty and should have been cleaned more regularly in the bedroom.

Lovely walks by the Marina. Excellent bus service outside back entrance of hotel.

the hotel is very clean but oour room was small for 3 of us nice views from the balcony to harbour and only 10 minute walk to the old quarter and cathedral
